Resipi mudah membuat sambal kicap yang sedap

Sekarang ni famous amos betul pisang goreng cheese, popiah cheese, silap-silap lepas ni ada bihun sup cheese 🙂 Tapi tekak jawa saya ni tetap memilih pisang goreng cicah sambal kicap. Fuhhh boleh habis sepinggan pisang goreng sekali hadap je tau.

Sambal kicap ni paling sedap memang kena buat sendiri. Kadang-kadang jumpa kat kedai ia cair, masin, atau tak berasa pun. Meh sini saya nak share resipi paling senang nak buat sambal kicap ni.

Bahan-bahan

10 tangkai cili padi*

2 ulas bawang putih*

2 sudu gula

5 sudu kicap lemak manis

Cara-cara :

  • Goreng cili padi dan bawang putih hingga layu.
  • Masukkan dalam jag pengisar, tambah gula dan kicap. Kisar sehingga hancur semuanya. Boleh juga guna lesung batu untuk menumbuk cili, bawang putih dan gula. Kemudian sendukkan dalam mangkuk dan campurkan kicap.
  • Siap!

Memang senang sangat. Selain sedap cicah pisang goreng, tempe, tauhu dan sebagainya, sambal kicap ni juga sedap makan dengan sup. Kalau hari raya, kitorang suka makan kerepek pisang cicah sambal kicap ni. Meleleh pulak ailior.

Fuhh.
